MARTINI & ROSSI® Cocktail Gin

Without any doubt one of the most iconic and complex cocktail of the history of mixed drinks. The Classic Martini & Rossi® Cocktail is a mix of 6 parts of Dry London Gin and 1 part of Extra Dry Vermouth garnished with an olive or lemon twist, it is generally stirred in a mixing glass and served in a “V” shape glass. The version made with MARTINI & ROSSI® Extra Dry Vermouth creates floral notes that balance perfectly the aromatic, pungent notes of the London Dry Gin, creating an extraordinary complexity and a unique taste.

Ingredients

Bombay® Sapphire2 ½oz
MARTINI & ROSSI® Extra Dry¾oz
lemon twist or olive

Method

Step 1

Pour all ingredients into mixing glass over ice.

Step 2

Stir gently till chilled

Step 3

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist or an olive.
